If a product received by a customer is faulty or has been damaged in shipment, it will be at the discretion of Yagya to authorise a replacement product or a refund. The decision will be made within 48 hours of being made aware of the issue.
To return an item, Yagya will request a Return Goods Authorisation number. Replacement product will be shipped via standard shipping within 48 hours. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
